How to personalize your sweatshirt

3. Pick each dog’s ear style by its number on the dog ear chart, for example “#8 Australian Cattle Dog”.
4. Type each dog’s name exactly as it should be stitched, with the capital letters you want (up to 12 characters).
5. Add a memorial halo above any dog who has passed. It is optional and free.
6. Choose a thread color from our thread color chart. One color is used for the whole design.

The dog ear chart in the product photos shows 123 numbered ear styles, from #1 Aussie Cavapoo to #123 Yorkshire Terrier. Choose the number whose ear shape is closest to your dog: upright and pointed, folded at the tip, or long and floppy. Mixed breeds often match one of the shapes well.

If none of them looks like your dog, choose “Other breed (I’ll upload a photo)” and upload a clear photo of your dog’s head with both ears visible. We draw the ears from your photo and show them to you in your free design proof.

A small halo above the ears turns the design into a pet memorial. You choose it dog by dog, so a dog who has crossed the rainbow bridge and a dog who is still by your side can share the same sweatshirt.

Within 1–2 business days of your order we email a free design proof. Reply to approve it or tell us what to change: edits are unlimited, and if we have not heard back 2 days after the proof is sent, we stitch the latest version. Orders are made and shipped in the USA and arrive 3–8 business days after you approve the proof (U.S. delivery).

Caring for your embroidered sweatshirt

Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang it to dry. Never iron directly on the embroidery.
